Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I purchase a box without subscribing?

A: About ten days after the boxes ship each month we will post any extra boxes (if any) for sale under the Shop button. You may purchase those without subscribing.

Q: When do the subscriptions renew?

A: All of our subscriptions auto renew on the 15th of the month. If you prepaid for 3 or more months it will auto renew in the month following your last prepaid box.

Q: Can I skip a month?

A: Yes, you can log into your account anytime before the 15th of the month to skip the next shipment. You can do this as often as you want without penalty or losing your subscription.

Q : Is there any additional charge for shipping?

A: Starting in July 2016 we had to add a flat rate shipping charge of $6 per lifestyle box. Snail Mail has no additional shipping charge. (Please note: International orders have higher shipping rates.)

Q: How does the subscription work?

A: You choose how long you wish to subscribe for, month to month or longer. The longer the term the more you save.

Q: Can I end my subscription?

A: You may end your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the 15th of the month you will not be billed for the next box. After the 14th your subscription will end after your next payment term ends.

Q: What if life gets crazy and I forget to end my subscription?

A: We don't want you to feel "trapped" so if you did not mean for your subscription to renew we will allow a 48 hour grace period for you to request a refund. You must REQUEST a refund by email (info@rebeccamail.com) during this 48 hour period for this to apply.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: At this time we can not accept any returns, exchanges or issue any refunds but if something arrives damaged please let us know and we will do everything in our power to make things right.

Q : I have a product I think you would like, do you accept suggestions?

A: We would be glad to hear about your product and see if it would be a good fit for us. Scroll down to the bottom of this page for contact info!

Q: I have food allergies, is there any way the "snack" can accommodate these?

A: We do hope in the future to be able to accommodate these needs but for now we don't have that ability. We do try to include a wide variety of items over the course of the year and hopefully you will receive many items you can enjoy. On those months you can't eat the snack please feel free to pass the snack on to a friend. Please note: If you have serious allergies and would like to opt out of the snack to avoid any complications please contact us and we will send your box without any food items included.

Q : Where do you ship?

A: For now we ship to the USA, Canada & United Kingdom.  We are looking into expanding to other countries in the future. Please note, additional shipping charges apply to international orders.

Q: I can't find my package... what now?

A: We ship via the USPS and provide tracking info for every shipment. If you need us to send you that number or need help tracking your package please let us know. We will help you track your package. All our Deluxe Lifestyle Boxes are mailed with $50 insurance. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages . Please make arraignments to have your subscription delivered to a secure address or location. If your package is lost after delivery we will do our best to help you locate it but the best course is for you to contact your mail carrier and/or local post office.

Q: My mail carrier informed me my box was returned to you. What now?

A: Please be sure to double check your address when you check out. When we receive returned boxes we hold them for 60 days. Please contact us with a corrected address as soon as possible.  If you wish to have your package reshipped, there may be an additional charge shipping.
